About

Swords Toastmasters is a club that helps people to discover and develop their public speaking, listening, and leadership skills, in a fun and supportive environment.

Our members join for a variety of reasons. Some, to progress their careers, to perform better at interviews, to practice for workplace presentations, or even for that all important wedding speech.
Whatever your needs? Swords Toastmasters is the Club for you.

We are part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping people improve their confidence, communication and leadership abilities.

A Toastmasters club is a ‘learn by-doing’, fun gathering, in which people develop their speaking skills. A typical club has 20 to 30 members.

We meet in the Old Borough School, Church Road, Swords, K67 Y179 every second Monday at 7.45pm, with the meeting starting at 8.00pm. Visitors are always welcome (free of charge) and refreshments are served at the interval.
Visitors should be 18 years of age or over.
