How It Works

At Toastmasters, we believe in a learn-by-doing approach. We foster a constructive, non-judgmental space where members build confidence through regular practice and peer support.
Our meetings are structured in two segments. We recommend attending both parts to fully experience the value Toastmasters offers.

In the first half, our Toastmaster will guide the meeting, introduce the various roles, and hand over to the Topicsmaster for the Table Topics session. Table Topics is an impromptu speaking segment where participants are invited to respond to a question on the spot. This is a great opportunity to practice your speaking skills in a supportive environment. Guests are under no obligation to participate but may choose to volunteer if they feel comfortable. The second half of the meeting features prepared speeches from our members, followed by constructive evaluations. These evaluations focus on positive feedback and actionable suggestions for improvement.
